 Every child is sensitive; but there are some children who are overtly sensitive. A sensitive child reacts to almost everything that does not conform with him or her. It might be the music, maybe too loud, a taste, colour, or even a look etc. They are born with a nervous system that reacts to everything. These tips can guide you in raising your sensitive child. 

Be patient with them

Parents should understand that the child has a challenge and needs help; the way the child reacts is not intentional. Patience with the child will help the child come over it.

Don’t take a rash approach

Never take a rash approach; it will aggravate the child the more. Raising a sensitive child is with great patience and self control. Do not take a rash action against the child.

Reward them

Reward the child when the child takes the right action. If you have taught your sensitive child new coping styles, reward them when they comply to encourage them.
