Read About This Traditional Way of Preventing Pregnancy

Research reveals that one of the major reasons some women do not adopt popular methods of  contraceptives, which are hormone based,  such as the oral, injection and IUD forms is because of the fear that they may ultimately have serious side effects that include irregular bleeding, infertility, heart attack or stroke, weight gain, cancer etc. Although medical practitioners try to allay such concerns, these fears can not be dismissed with a wave of the hand.

Traditionally, Nigerian women have been practising the art of preventing pregnancy through locally grown methods. One of such is the usage of the Negro pepper (Botanical Name-Xylopia Aethiopica) also known as  Eeru Alamo in Yoruba or Uda in Igbo or Chimba in  Hausa.Negro pepper is largely found in the south, west and central regions of Africa. It is used in preparation of soups.

This plant chemical constituent which include maganese, zinc, copper, xylopic acid,&(alpha),B(beta),P-cumene,Pinene,myrene amongst others makes this spice very useful.

The Uda spice can be boiled in water for some few minutes and then allowed to cool. You can drink immediately after intercourse with your husband.

  1. This Uda spice should be studied to verify these claims. If it truly bears all these qualities, then its planting should be scaled and turned into a business
