 As kids grow, it is important for parents and guardians to know that the kids are growing to be adults. If they will be able to learn coping skills, it is from home and at a


tender age. It starts with little teachings like having routine checklists for them to follow. Kids learn more by sight, so apart from writing down the routines, it’s also more effective if you create pictures of the routines for them. Follow these basic morning routine checklist for kids.   


  • Set wake up time

It is proper that kids know that sleep is sweet but for a specific time frame and after that the daily activities start. They should learn to wake up once the alarm rings.


  • Next is to dress their bed.

Once the bed is dressed, they should know that it is a good day because one task has been accomplished already.


  • Clean up

As a morning routine for kids, they should understand the essence of cleanliness, they should know that it is important to clean up the environment, especially the room you slept to avoid disease and infection.
