Tips for Parents Expecting Their 2nd, 3rd and 4th Child

With most couples, after marriage, the next item on the agenda is to raise kids; and once the first is up to age, they look forward to the second, the third and the fourth if they so desire. For parents expecting their second, third and fourth child, these tips will help.

  1. Keep to the Rules

After the first delivery, it will seem like you have gotten a lot of experience that can carry you through the second, third and fourth deliveries. Remember, every pregnancy and every birth is a different experience, there is still much to learn so do not neglect any of the medical rules during pregnancy.

  1. Speak up

If you are bothered about anything, speak up. Do not hide or endure any pain or unease. Every discomfort in pregnancy needs medical attention until the delivery day.

  1. Do not neglect your health

Expectant parents should consider their health conditions especially that of the mother before they make considerations for another child.

  1. Financial obligation

One very important item on the menu of parents expecting another child is their financial obligation. Every child deserves the best; will your present financial status give the child the best?

  1. Take your last baby’s health into consideration

Cases have been recorded were parents expect to have a new baby when the last child is still very young or not very healthy. It shouldn’t be so, your last child must be very healthy before you think of a new baby.

  1. Have a spacing plan

Another important tip when expecting or considering another child is to have a spacing plan with your spouse and your doctor and work with it.

  1. Be happy with yourselves

Happiness is a medicine, it cures the heart and keeps you moving, for parents expecting a second, third and fourth child, one great medicine to make it fun is to be happy with yourselves. It will make the process very easy.

It’s good to have more than one child but it is also advisable to have as much kids as one can cater for so that it won’t become a trudge raising them.

Bonne Chance!!
